Fall Share Spotlight 11-03-2017

November already! This week we will have some new roots for you to try, some turnips and rutabaga along with the beets, carrots and radish. Both are good in soups and stews or can be roasted like other roots. Rutabagas are related to turnips and there is some good information about them here. We still have sweet peppers in the greenhouse and and tender salad greens, There will also be kale, parsley, garlic, and delicata, butternut, and small spaghetti squash. See you Friday at the farm.
