Fall Harvest Spotlight 11/2/2018

What a busy week! Halloween on a Wednesday sure makes life interesting with teaching and kids. I am looking forward to unwinding this weekend and we haven’t even left for trick or treating as I type this. This week we will have more potatoes, leeks, peppers, radish, carrots, beets, turnips, bell peppers, salad greens, and arugula. New this week we’ll have some green onions, broccoli, chard, pak choi, mixed dry beans, and either red kuri or blue hubbard squash. Josh made this risotto this week with a red kuri squash instead of butternut and it was delicious! Give it a try!

See you Friday at the farm.
